Ingredients :-

  • Rice -100g
  • Urad dap-100g
  • Coconut milk -500ml
  • Sugar-100g
  • Cardamom -3
  • Oil
  • Salt

How To Cook In Step By Step:-

  • Take bowl add coconut milk,sugar and cardamom. Mix well.
  • Take another bowl add rice and Urad dal and soak it for 2 hours.
  • Grind well the soaked rice and dal with pinch of salt as per required.
  • Heat the pan add oil .Use hands to put the mixture into the oil. Fry until turn into light brown colour.
  • And transfer into the coconut milk, soak it for 10-15 minute and serve it to taste.
