Full fat milk – 3 cup
Ghee – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 cup
Water – 1 &1/2 cup
Cardamom powder – a pinch
Saffron – few strands
Lemon juice – ¼ tsp

Step by Step Instructions:

Do it properly by reading below instructions:

Initially, heat the pan then add Rava 1 cup and roast it until turn into golden brown colour. Use the same cup to measure all the ingredients.

Once the Rava get heated up, add the full fat milk – 3 cup. Stir it well and make sure that there are no lumps.

Then stir well until the milk thickens and now the mixture has turned thick, add 1 tbsp of ghee and mix it well.

Transfer the mixture to the plate and allow it to cool down.

Now lets prepare the sugar syrup:-

In another pan add sugar 1 – cup, water 1 &1/2 cup, cardamom powder a pinch and saffron with few strands.

Stir it until the sugar dissolves. Then add lemon juice – ¼ tsp. Now our sugar syrup is ready.

Next the mixture has cooled down, knead it well for 5 minutes. Rava will thicken after sometime. Then grease your palm with water and shape it into small balls.

Make sure that these are no cracks and shape it into smooth balls. Our balls are ready.

Once the sugar syrup starts to boil reduce the flame and add these balls. Allow the balls to cook in the syrup for 10 minutes.

As you can see the balls have turned big in size. Now our Rava Rasagulla is ready. It’s yummy to taste.
