What is standard form?
The number to standard form is used to avoid the difficulty of reading a large number. In the decimal form between 1.0 to 10.0, it multiplies by the power of 10.
The definition of standard form is as follows:-
x=y*10n
x= the number convert to standard form
y = value between 1 and 10
n = integer
Example for standard form:-
The mass of the earth approximately 5,972,000,000,000,000,000,000,000kg and it’s in the standard form is
5.972 x 1024 kg
