How to make Spicy Hyderabadi Chicken Briyani – Lockdown Recipe

Ingredients:-

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Coriander leaves
  • Green chilli
  • Mint
  • Lemon
  • Oil
  • 2 cup Curd
  • Fried onion
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Cinnamon 2
  • Cardamon 2
  • Cloves 3
  • Nutmog skin
  • Cumin seeds
  • Pepper
  • Star anise
  • Brinji leave
  • Chilli powder
  • Garam Masala
  • Turmeric powder
  • Basmati rice 3 cups
  • Ghee
  • Boiled milk with saffron 1/4 cup

 How to cook briyani in step by step:-

  1. Marinate the chicken
  • Take a bowl , add chicken, Garam Masala, pepper,Cumin seeds, Ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, Turmeric powder, fried onion, oil, green chilli, mint, Coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt to taste & Curd.
  • Mix them & let it for 2 hours. Cover them & Refrigerate it.
  1. Rice
  • 3 cups of Basmati rice- soaked for 20 min & 70% cooked with a tbsp of oil.
  • Cook it for 7 mins.
  1. Top layer garnishing
  • Take a drum or any thing for cook the briyani.
  • Heat the drum & add oil
  • After heat the oil add green chillies, onion.
  • Stir it well.Add Marinate chicken & stir it for 10 mins.
  • Next add Basmati rice
  • Mix Ghee with water & sprinkle it
  • And also add milk with saffron, lemon juice, Garam Masala, fried onion, mint, Coriander leaves & Dum it.
  • Let it for 20- 25 mins.
  • After 20 mins, serve the briyani.
