Senai Kilangu -1/4 kg
Oil
Chilli powder – 1 spoon
Salt – as required
Curry leaves
Corainder leaves

  • Boil the Senai Kilangu and remove the skin then cut into pieces.
  • Now heat the oil, add mustard, chilli powder and salt. Stir it well.
  • Then add sliced pieces and mix it.
  • Leave it for 1 minutes.
  • Now off the stove and take it out from the pan into bowl.
  • Garnish with curry and corainder leaves and taste it.
