Spicy Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients :-

  • Basmati Rice (200g)
  • Oil
  • Egg-5
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Garlic-4 cloves finely chopped
  • Ginger-1tbsp finely chopped
  • Onion-1
  • Spring onion & spring onion leaves
  • Carrot-1
  • Cabbage-1/2
  • Beans- 10-12
  • Capsicum-1
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp soya sauce

How to cook egg fried rice in step by step:-

For boiled rice:-

  • In hot water add oil and salt and also add Basmati rice (soaked for 30 min)
  • Cook it and take out from the stove
  • Filling the saddle
  • Transfer into the plate

For Egg rice:-

  • Heat the pan add oil and then add egg, salt and pepper
  • Stir well and take out .
  • At the same pan add extra oil
  • After heating the oil add garlic, ginger stir it for 1 min.
  • Then add onion, spring onion and stir well
  • Next, after 3-4 min add vegetables carrot , cabbage,beans and capsicum
  • Add 1 tsp chilli sauce, soya sauce and salt
  • Then mix well slowly
  • And lastly , add pepper and spring onions in high flame
  • Then dish out the fried rice to serve
