Ingredients:-
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Coriander leaves
- Green chilli
- Mint
- Lemon
- Oil
- 2 cup Curd
- Fried onion
- Ginger garlic paste
- Cinnamon 2
- Cardamon 2
- Cloves 3
- Nutmog skin
- Cumin seeds
- Pepper
- Star anise
- Brinji leave
- Chilli powder
- Garam Masala
- Turmeric powder
- Basmati rice 3 cups
- Ghee
- Boiled milk with saffron 1/4 cup
How to cook briyani in step by step:-
- Marinate the chicken
- Take a bowl , add chicken, Garam Masala, pepper,Cumin seeds, Ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, Turmeric powder, fried onion, oil, green chilli, mint, Coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt to taste & Curd.
- Mix them & let it for 2 hours. Cover them & Refrigerate it.
- Rice
- 3 cups of Basmati rice- soaked for 20 min & 70% cooked with a tbsp of oil.
- Cook it for 7 mins.
- Top layer garnishing
- Take a drum or any thing for cook the briyani.
- Heat the drum & add oil
- After heat the oil add green chillies, onion.
- Stir it well.Add Marinate chicken & stir it for 10 mins.
- Next add Basmati rice
- Mix Ghee with water & sprinkle it
- And also add milk with saffron, lemon juice, Garam Masala, fried onion, mint, Coriander leaves & Dum it.
- Let it for 20- 25 mins.
- After 20 mins, serve the briyani.
