How to Make Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:-

  • Boiled Basmati Rice – 2 cup
  • Chicken – 250 gram
  • Chilli powder – 1 TSP
  • Turmeric powder – 1/2 TSP
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 TSP
  • Oil
  • Egg – 5
  • Carrot – 2
  • Beans – 20
  • Cabbage – 1/2
  • Cornflour – 1 TSP
  • Lemon – 1/2
  • Chilli sauce – 2 TSP
  • Soy sauce – 2 TSP
  • Salt
  • Spring onion – 1/2 cup
  • Pepper – 1 TSP 

Method for Marinating Chicken:-

  • Take the bowl for marinated, add chicken, chicken, chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, cornflour, salt as required and squeeze 1/2 lemon. Then mix it and rest it for 30 minutes.
  • Heat the oil, then add Marinated Chicken pieces for deep fry and cooked through completely. 

Easy method for chicken rice:-

  • In a pan, heat the oil add egg then sprinkle pepper powder and salt as required.
  • Cooked it scrambled egg and let set aside.
  • In the same pan, add oil, after heat the oil add carrot(chopped), beans(chopped), cabbage (sliced), saute it for 10 minutes.Cook the vegetables until 80% for crunchy taste.
  • Then add chilli sauce, soy sauce, salt and mix it well.
  • Next add cooked Rice, scrambled egg, fried chicken, and mix them together.
  • And last add spring onion, pepper and mix it. Then turn off the stove.
  • It’s ready to serve hot and taste it.
