In the pan, add oil, after heat the oil add carrot(chopped), beans(chopped), cabbage (sliced), saute it for 10 minutes.Cook the vegetables until 80% for crunchy taste.
Next add cooked Basmati Rice,then add chilli sauce, soy sauce, salt as per taste, white pepper powder and mix it well.
Add spring onion and mix it. Then turn off the stove.
