Ingredients:

☛Boiled Egg- 4
☛Oil
☛Mustard seeds – 1/4 TSP
☛Onion – 1
☛Green chilli -2
☛Ginger garlic paste – 1 TSP
☛Tomatoes – 2 nos
☛Curry leaves
☛Chilli powder – 1 TSP
☛Turmeric powder – 1/4 TSP
☛Garam masala – 1 TSP
☛Pepper- 1 TSP
☛Curry masala powder -1 TSP
☛Salt

Step by Step Instructions:

Do it properly by reading below instructions,

  • Heat the oil in the pan, add mustard seeds and let it for splutter, then add sliced onion, green chilli, curry leaves and saute it until turn into golden brown colour.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste and saute it for one minute.
  • Next add tomatoes and cooked them, then add chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, pepper powder and curry masla powder and salt as required.
  • Let it for 2-3 minutes for the gravy consistency.
  • Then add sliced boiled egg and mix it little by little.
  • Turn off the stove and serve it for taste.
